How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, here are the estimated transit times:

Will my order come with tracking?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our facility. On occasion, there may be unforeseen shipping carrier delays or customs inspections that are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
Why isn’t my tracking updating?
For some shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for tracking details to populate in their systems after the initial shipment scan.
What if my package never arrives?
Not to worry, all orders are insured against loss or damage during shipping. In the unlikely event your package is held up in customs, lost in transit, or returned to us, we will reship your insured order via priority mail with full tracking at no additional cost.
